Wedding Party

Bride and Groom!

If you don’t know at least one of these people, you might be at the wrong wedding.

Officiant / Groomsman

Sam Bean
The true friend that has been there since the beginning, but really. From diapers with Sarah to high school with both of us to staying in touch in college and now beyond Sam has been there.

Maid of Honor

Chloe Otterbeck
She is more than a sister, she is my best friend. You can catch us video calling about our dogs, blaring country music in the car, or browsing the aisles of our local TjMaxx.

Best Man

Sean Moser
A great mentor and a great friend. He’s a big part of why I decided to pursue a PhD, and has been a huge help with everything from school, to HVAC repair, to junkyard adventures.

Bridesmaids

Anna Marie Morra
Not only one of my first office mates in grad school, but also one of the first friends I made in grad school. Sharing a love for a good cup of coffee, new indoor plants, and all things hiking!
Morgan Willis
A math grad friend that inspires my crafty side! We enjoy our lunch dates and girls day out shopping about.

Groomsmen

Todd Morra
While initially Sarah’s officemate and friend, Todd quickly became a friend to both of us. Just all around a really kind and well-spoken person.
Jeff Linden
One of my earliest grad school friends. Jeff and his wife opened up their home to us for our first Thanksgiving in South Carolina after knowing us for only a couple months, and we’ve only missed one Thanksgiving since (stupid COVID). Jeff also shares the automotive addiction, and has been a big help getting the Jeep wedding ready.

Flower Girl

Kristine Morris
While she has abandoned the Vorwerk clan to become a Morris, she is still my favorite sister. She has been a great friend for over 25 years, is annoyingly artistically gifted, and is allround all you could ask for in a sister. She also designed/made this website!

Gift Registries

a note on gifts: Your presence at our Celebration means more to us than any present. But should you wish to buy us a gift we’ve created our dream gift list with suggestions.
